Distillery story
Jason always had an entrepreneur mentality, and whenever he caught wind of something that peaked his curiosity, he would try to learn everything he needed to become a master of his craft. When making spirits for Copper Collar, for Jason it became a passion to craft high-quality spirits that could be loved by people who either liked their spirits neat or in cocktails.
Copper Collar started off with vodka as their flagship product. And over the course of five years, they’ve expanded the line to include one flavored vodka, a silver rum, a barrel-aged rum, and a silver rum.

Take your tastebuds on a journey through our line of spirits! Choose from either 1.5 oz of a flight of spirits or enjoy a one of our spirits in a cocktail of your choice. Distiller Jason is always happy to provide recommendations on cocktails that suit your tastes as well as answering any questions about our unique distilling process.
Since we are a tasting room and not a bar we are restricted to serving 1.5oz per person, per day.

Included with your tasting is a tour of our facilities where we produce all our spirits. Our Distiller Jason will walk you through the distilling process from fermentation to stilling. Feel free to ask questions to maximize the experience of your tour!
